Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan (Pro or Business) at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and are unsatisfied, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com for a full refund of that first month. After 7 days, the current month is non-refundable, but you will not be billed again.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same period, contact us and we will refund the erroneous amount to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
How to request
Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com from your registered email with your payment reference. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
