1. What Freight Watch is
Freight Watch is an information service that monitors publicly available shipping news, advisories and carrier notices and delivers route-specific summaries and indicative cost-impact estimates. It is a decision-support tool, not a broker, carrier, insurer, or customs agent.
2. No guarantee; indicative estimates only
Briefs and rupee cost-impact figures are indicative estimates generated from third-party sources and modelled assumptions. They are not quotes, advice, or guarantees. Always confirm surcharges, war-risk premiums and routing with your freight forwarder, carrier and insurer before acting. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our briefs.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate contact details and not to abuse, scrape, resell, or overload the service. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay. Prices are GST-inclusive. You can cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freight Watch's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. The service is provided “as is” without warranties.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
